Operating Hours

Office Hours (existing clients):  Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

General Intake Hours (applicants for services):  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.  We are closed to new intakes on Fridays.     


After Hours

If you are unable to make phone or in-person appointments during the day due to work, school, disability, or another similar reason, please call LSNC’s evening intake line any time at (866) 815-5990 to leave a message, and someone will return your call within one to two business days.  A request for help with an open case must go through your local office during the day. 

Cases we handle

Housing, public benefits, health, education, consumer, small claims, small estates, elder abuse restraining orders, unemployment insurance, Social Security, Veterans' benefits, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives.
